Don't remember all the steps involved, but here goes.
Go the the Nikon web site
Search for your camera.
Somewhere on that page will be a link to "Manuals & Software".
May have to enter your camera again.
Pick "Software" option.
From your post it seems that you are more interested in video.
About 10 years back I thought I would give it a try. I found that
video was not in my wheel house. I think I used a Sony Handycam
series camera that had single shot capability. I still take an occasional
video with my Nikon's, but it's still not for me.
Maybe you need to look at video cams with single shot capabilities.
I should add that the D7200 now sports an older 28-200.
the 18-300 has moved to a D500,
I replaced the two kit lens that came with my D7200 with
the 18-300. Maybe not the best, but it works for me.
Don't know if this will help, but here goes.
My first DSLR only had 6mp. I had no trouble printing
8x10's from uncropped JPG images. That camera did not give
me the option of RAW+JPG. Now that I have that option,
I have printed 12x18 from TIFF files cropped to as little as
15% of original.
Do some test shots, and crop to see what they look like.
I like to save post work as TIFF's. Also make prints from TIFF files.
[quote=charlienow]Well. I have reading about the D500 and really have GAS.....
I have both. I had the D7200 set up on a tripod and pre focused on a feeder, when I realized
I needed a second camera hand held. Enter the D500. No regrets !!
[quote=qualtalk]My wife and I will be having the first exhibit of our photos.............
I like to use Red River paper in my PRO-100. They have sample packs available
for about $25.00.
[quote=Just Fred]This is posted merely for research.....
While I have other lenses, I carry an older 28-200 on a D7200, and an 18-300 on a D500.
Both have worked well for me as walk around. Lately I have had a tendency to use the
D500 more.
Thank you for your service.
Save money, D500.
