thanks mtnman. my aim is to get better..
thanks apaflo. I did mention I was a beginner...I can make some minor adjustments but those other things mention will take some learning..just what I need though to get better photograghs. thanks again.
thank photo friends... I used a d7000 with a sigma 17-70 lens attached..
thanks.... and tough it was...
last week I took some wedding photos for a friend of mines..the wedding took place in a poorly light small livingroom..2 daylight fluorescent lamps on one side of the room and 2 incandescent lamps on the other side..there was a white ceiling so i tried to override the ambient lighting with flash trying not to blow things out..here is a couple of examples...and im just a beginner so be easy on the critiquing. hope the pictures loaded ok. the first photo I used 2 sb600 flashes 45 degrees left and right of subjects...in the second photo I bounced the flash off the ceiling..
I will be using flash....good thing is the room have a white ceiling. I guess the 17-70 and my nifty fifty will have to do this time. thanks peeps.
I have the sigma 17-70 contemporary...the newer lense.
I will be inside in a livingroom with not to much light. thought about the 70-200 but don't think I have the room for it..
a friend of mine want me to take a few wedding photos for him. he wants some full body shots of him and his wife when they are married. Im using a d7000 with a sigma 17-70 lense. thinking about renting the Nikon 24-70 for the same purpose...full body shots... will the nikor 24-70 be any wider on the d7000 than the sigma 17-70? or what other lense would be perfect for the situation? thanks for any input photo friends.
maybe I can put the main and hair light in one group and the fill in the other group.
yeah I kinda want a main light, a fill light and a hair light..with different settings.
they may possibly work sonny.. thanks I will give it a try.
I have 2 sb600 speed lights and want to get 3rd speed light to use as a kicker. my d7000 only have group a and group b. how can I get control for 3 speed lights? will I have to combined it with one of the others or do I need pocket wizards for this kind of setup? thanks in advance for your responses..
