For me and just possibly I’m over thinking one thing that is a big negative for me
The low pass filter while it reduces “moray” patterns it also desharpens the image unless Sony has reconfigured the filter in such a way as to not reduce sharpness. Last note when I got my first camera minus the low pass filter I definitely noticed an increase in sharpness.

I purchased a used Olympus Pen-f had Life-pixel convert to 720 I use a lower class Olympus zoom lens to avoid the “hot spot” caused by generally better/faster lenses i always shoot with auto exposure index I convert (swap red/green) in PS

I agree that a wider and faster lens will serve me well, but I really would like to stick to one lens only.

Thanks for the good input.

I’ve done the 1 lens trip big mistake especially sense some of the small fast Sony lenses are light as well
I think I’d run with the 18-135 or 18-105 and take the 11f1.8 in my bag

If architectural & landscape photography is your primary genre I’d go for the wider side of lens possibilities, I’ve also used long lenses for landscape, don’t forget about a “fast” wide lens like the 11f1.8 for interior shots. Have you thought about what landscape shots might be possible from the boat while cruising the river, I’m sure you’ll see some amazing images from the river in which case your going to want something a little longer.

I’m not sure why you feel your OM-10 isn’t making it for you
Assuming you have some Olympus lenses why not look to a newer OM-1 camera
I’ve been using Olympus for years I’m not unhappy with my results

Let’s face facts the main stream news media is owned by one of the political parties
Let’s see how many haters I get
It’s my opinion

I WILL NOT use any thing including clouds that I didn’t shoot
I may very well be wrong here but I feel all of my images MUST be mine from my camera
I don’t feel that I need to disclose PP I would suspect 99.99999% of images had some sort of digital manipulation
Look at Ansel Adams all of his prints are manipulated
so now we’re in the digital age of photography
What I don’t particularly like are images with heavy “AI” where the image would have been impossible to capture as presented, moving buildings, mountains stuff like that

Does that go for everything you buy? You've never purchased "preowned"? I've bought a lot of excellent used photographic items over the years. My 580 EX II has performed perfectly for 4 years. I can't agree with "go new, go Godox". Ken Rockwell doesn't mind used and he's a pretty reliable source.

No I have purchased some pre owned gear just never strobes.
