I also use my I Phone 6 Plus often...
I still make most pics with an iPhone, you know that one "The best camera is the one you have with!"

The first digital camera I ever used wasn't actually mine. It was an Apple QuickTake 100 and I was using it as part of a research study I was involved in back in 1995. The first one I owned was an Apple QuickTake 200, followed by a Kodak DC-280, Nikon D100, Nikon D200, and Nikon D800e. We've come a long way.
Yes, Apple QuickTake 100 from 1995
What a proud owner I was! One could shoot about 16 (!) high definition photos (640 x 480), if I remember well. Some of the photos don't even open any more
Below the look from my flat (that time living in Vienna city).
I cannot help myself, I adore women. And this one is really cute. But the picture lacks mystery that was on the first photo, shot from behind...
Steve_m, jliane, twowindsbear, Bultaco, trc, ..., thank you all for replies. Have to find next opportunity, we don't have much snow here where I live. I really like a comment from Uuglypher, written on another thread "The sun-lit snow reflects the warm hues of the low sun, and the shadowed snow reflects the sky's color. Again... what's to fix?" Should I live with that?
[quote=rehess]Over at FYC we have had several discussions about this very subject, and now are in the midst of a discussion about how we can/should respond to these issues
http://www.uglyhedgehog.com/t-436618-1.htmlWell, thank you. This was not easy, it took me all evening (so much discussion in english, foreign language for me)! But I learned a lot, still didn't go deep in philosophy.
BTW What do words "SOOC, DR, EBTR, DOF information" mean?
Omg, frjack! I have just read the rules and feel beaten down! I am really sorry for making the mistake of sending pictures to your private topic. How can I pull it out (away)? And please, could you excuse me?
This time I left my phone in pocket and photographed just with my new toy (OM-10). Yes, pics are sharper (and take more memory), but why is snow blue when the sun goes down (seen on the last two photos)? I tried Luminar and Aurora on the last picture, but was still not happy with results. Yes, Aurora and Luminar are also new!:-) Any hints?
Once a year young and adult teams get together under Peca mountain in Slovenia
to honor king Matjaz (Matthias Corvinus) and his queen Alencica
building snow castles and other monuments from snow and water
using whatever utensils they bring with.
Honored King Matjaz and Queen Alencica (went blue after sun was gone)
Using Aurora and Luminar hasn't brought me satisfaction :(

Photos for OS, which is what Apple has replaced Aperture and iPhoto with, isn't bad. If you don't want to use that, look at Macphun Luminar, and Creative Kit.
I am starting in photography again, using Mac system. Every photo I take I put in Photos. "If you don't want to use that" should be said "if you want more" since Luminar works as a plug-in, but you can use it as a stand alone application, too.
Kevin, Mike D, JoeB, Matt, MikeMcK, Joe, thank you all!
At -15ºC (5ºF) I don't put my hands out of pockets so photos should wait a bit. Truth - I work all days long, so I will show more of my country when time comes. I still can follow the forum at 10pm in the room ;-) But again thank you all, I appreciate it.
Wish you all the best, Rasto

Thank you for commenting. You are correct, Central Europe is pretty much ignored. My mission, on the side, is to help correct that.
Well, thank you for presenting these places here more. Slovenia is not well known to Americans (no, it is not Slovakia!) but it is a relatively small and very diverse country (maybe today after Trump's inauguration this changed?). We have everything but vulcanoes and desert ;-)
