Is this a good price on a Sigma 15-600mm f/5-6.3 and 1.4x Teleconverter Kit
Greentoe is a fantastic place to purchase items, but you don't need to accept their counter offer, just raise your original bid, wait, raise it again. You'd be surprised what you can really get the item for if you wait a bit.

Noise in my pics
Canon makes what, 3 different 75-300 lenses?

ISO 2500 with your camera should not produce enough noise to matter, you have to raise your shutter speed. 1/320 is half where you should be.
