I am not into Canon cameras but I would think you would find plenty of used 5d Mark lll's on ebay, KEH, Adorama, B&H Photo or even as refurbished on the Canon site.

Sounds like your most interested in $$$$. I would find one that is used AND refurbished at factory like a B&H or Adorama. Just buying less expensive used is a pig in poke!
