I'm much relieved to find that the art of trolling the gullible is not yet dead.

Download the pdf. That way it is always available, internet or no internet.

I think that you should pay extra, quite a lot extra, for a printed manual. We need to save the forests. The money raised should go towards reforestation.

At one time I used to be able to double click on an image in Bridge and it would open in Photoshop automatically. Since Bridge had it's last update (11.0) it doesn't want to do that. Is this a new feature from Adobe?

In Bridge. Edit > Preferences > File Type Associations > Make sure that the file type you are trying to open is associated with your editor of choice in the relevant drop-down box. That should fix it.

Just as a matter of interest, Adobe acquired Rawshooter and incorporated it into LR. I used Rawshooter before Adobe bought it. I remember being rather concerned as to what Adobe might do with such an excellent converter. But I needn't have worried!

My adobe creative cloud shows updates in PS, LR, LRc, BR & ACR.
But there is no separate Camera Raw icon on my computer. CC says it was updated but shouldn’t there be an Icon to open it as a stand alone?
I am fairly new to PS & can pull up the ACR filter from PS, but isn’t there a completely stand alone ACR ?

The nearest you can get to a standalone ACR is LR. LR is built around ACR. ACR works as a plugin with PS.
You can open ACR directly from Adobe Bridge.

I believe Adobe rolls out updates by region.

I looked under the help tab in PS (updates), and I clicked the icon on my desktop. It's not there. Figures, this is the one I have been waiting for.

Have you got 22.0.0? It's under the Edit menu.

I have a suggestion for you. The Nikon 16-35 mm F4 lens. This lens is super sharp throughout it's zoom range. This lens and the 24-120 are my two go to landscape lenses.

Didn't your camera come with/make available on line free RAW editing software? Sony does, and I think Canon does. Since I don't use Nikon, I don't know. If not, another reason not to use Nikon.

Nikon cameras always come with software and downloads are always available from the Nikon site.

It was meant for the Attic. My mistake.
Please, someone put this in the Attic.

As a Brit it warms my heart to hear this from an American.

Microsoft is dropping support for the 32bit version of Win10, not dropping Win10.
