Adobe Bridge problem

At one time I used to be able to double click on an image in Bridge and it would open in Photoshop automatically. Since Bridge had it's last update (11.0) it doesn't want to do that. Is this a new feature from Adobe?

In Bridge. Edit > Preferences > File Type Associations > Make sure that the file type you are trying to open is associated with your editor of choice in the relevant drop-down box. That should fix it.
