Ive just come back from india and have visited ranthanbore national park on a previous occasion. We were on a coach tour and I took both lenses this time but never used the tamron.Personally I wouldnt put an extender on the 28-300...I doubt the 2x would work at the long end.......best advice would be to take both if its at all practicable
Ive owned both of these cameras and I can tell you that in my opinion the d810 blows the d750 away. Pictures are sharper, file sizes are such that you have miles more options in post processing and the ability to crop is greatly enhanced. The only downside to the d810 is that it doesnt have a tilt screen but I reckon thats a small price to pay.
I didnt like it...not very good in poorer light and lots of noise after dropping......fine in good lightvthough
Mmmm...I just tried it on my mac.......File...new album.......it comes up as untitled on the left side...rename it...then go back to events or photos...highlight the ones you want to move to the album...drag them in
I see loads of photos on flickr everyday that I think are superb.I also see plenty of mediocrity on there. It isnt the mediocrity that bothers me..everybody starts somewhere,..its the fact that the mediocrity seems to be embraced by the contacts of the photographer responsible. For instance in the past week Ive seen a photo of a brick wall with 150 faves and a photo taken by someone on a small boat who lowered his camera and took a photo of er...the sea...I think that photo had something like 300 " faves". So in some cases its fairly obvious that mediocrity isnt just being tolerated ,its being actively encouraged.
Ive had both of these and whilst the d750 is excellent I have to say the clarity the d810 delivers is jaw dropping in comparison. The raw files are huge but that gives you more to play with in post editing. You wont go far wrong with either of them.
