I'd get the D750. Movable LCD, pop-up flash, two SD card slots.

Read comparisons and specs, and decide what features are important to you.

D750 unless you plan on making big prints I would go with the 750and its low light capabilities are as good if not better than the 810 also try Cameta and B&H some good deals at Cameta and they will match pricing I have had a great experience with them good luck with your pursuit.

Ive owned both of these cameras and I can tell you that in my opinion the d810 blows the d750 away. Pictures are sharper, file sizes are such that you have miles more options in post processing and the ability to crop is greatly enhanced. The only downside to the d810 is that it doesnt have a tilt screen but I reckon thats a small price to pay.

What type shooting do you do? The 750 is the better All around camera. If you do primarily landscapes, portraits-then the d810. The low light perforfoance of the 750 is awesome. I shoot both. As suggested, look at the many comparisons. Usually, the 750 wins-slthough slightly- Overall. Both are excellent.

Depends on budget, and what you like to photograph. D750, plus a few primes like the 24mm and 85mm f/1.8, and you will have a quite a nice kit for a much lower price.

I mainly shoot events and family shoots.
Do you think the 750 over the d500

The main advantage of the d500 is its ability to capture action scenes using continuous shooting mode. And, as a crop sensor, it has more "reach" for distant wildlife. For events and family, I would think the d750 a better choice. You can get a D750 with a battery grip for a great price this weekend.

I should have added that I would be wary of a d750 used because there was a shutter replacement recall, and you might need service done to the camera. I believe it is still free but it is a hassle. For the d750 I would think it worth it to buy new, given the large current discount. If money is an issue, a crop sensor like the d7200 is an excellent camera at a good price. You might use it with an 18-140 and a 35mm dx lens.

Welcome to UHH. I would get the D810 and you will be more than pleased.
I would consider B&H or Camera as my source.

Either one is a good step-up from the D 90, the D 750 is the more versatile camera though!
