Maddow slut showed them and guess what they paid all their taxes.
She looked like the slut she really is and everyone was laughing at her for weeks at how stupid she was.

Yeah, only stupid people pay their taxes.
Those that don't see a reason to pay taxes are special.

I was going to order the Canon 7d mark11. I see that they are now charging tax. This is the first I've noticed, that. However, looks like Adorama doesn't yet. Since both are closed for Phone orders today, Anyone else notice this?

Thanks SENSORLOUPE

It’s not the company; it’s your state that makes the requirement. Complain to the legislature, not the company--they are only following the law.

Yes the tax varies from state to state from none to very high. Beyond that many smaller governing authorities, like counties and cities, also add sales tax as well. So it is a mishmash all across the country.

Your PA state tax form will have a section where you are to declare that purchase and pay the tax. Unless you want to lie on your taxes and break the law as well as cheat others who pay the tax to support their state and community.

Yes. Sales tax is collected by the states. Then it can be divided where the state, counties, and other municipalities get a piece of it. So, it not only varies from state to state, but there can also be different rates within a state.

The feds have excise taxes on a lot of products, but they are kind of hidden unless you look for them. One example is that just about anything connected with fishing has a 'hidden' tax (in addition to sales tax) from your boat to your smallest hook.

Pay your fair share and everybody in your vicinity wins! The State of Wisconsin requires any “unpaid tax” to be calculated and ultimately paid when I file my income tax, so I never actually got a break when B&H, Adorama, Amazon, etc., were not accounting for it as they should have been.

I am not so sure taxes aren't the invention of politicians. Taxes near the turn of the century (1900) were non existent. Then the politicians decided THEY needed income to run the country. Imagine, the country did fine without taxes and most folks were able to save a hefty amount of their earnings. I don't believe it is a matter of "man-up".

The country did not do fine at the turn of the 19th century! Do some reading and learn about no sanitation, no roads, no dams, etc. Stop being an ignorant person!

It would appear mankind was doomed or should I say nearly doomed. In today's society, more trash, more waste is created because of overuse. If you think it proper to "man-up", why not charge a deposit on everything sold, in order to monetize and encourage re use?

For residents of States that have sales tax, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay the tax. If the merchant, online or out of state, does not collect the tax the purchaser is usually obliged to pay it with their income tax return —in which case it is known as a Use Tax.

Of course, all UHH members know this and pay their Use taxes religiously.

If Sales Tax is a deal breaker for you, you don't need it. Avoid paying sales tax by not buying the new Canon.
