Cheatum Springs General Store...
Very nice. Such a wonderful find. The building looks to be in reasonable shape and not falling down yet.

It is indeed Tikva, even has a tin roof thats in good shape which will help preserve the building for awhile. I have no idea of it's age or history. Just thought it was cool looking sitting all alone alongside the road. But eventually time will take it's toll on this place. Some of the walls are beginning to lean just a tad bit. It's probably loaded with termites.

I think these images really lend themselves to the HDR and I like the way you've processed them. They might also look good with a "vintage" effect. I once heard the horseshoe can be placed as shown here, holding the luck in, or inverted to allow the luck to pour out onto the dwelling depending upon the owner's interpretation.

A great find...good job!!
Quite a place. Nice shots.
nice find I love old buildings
Nice work with these, James.
Very nice - May have been poor light to you, but you certainly overcame it. Your PP shows the old building perfectly. Love it.
I love old buildings and I love this shot. Great job.
Good job! I like them! Reminds me of when I was a kid...and that has been a while. :)
Yes, it's an old building all right. But from the way it was built it could also have been a gas station. Noticing the metal roofing on it, it looks like some one went to a lot of expense to preserve it, and there is a warning sign in the window.
