One can not tell the brand of camera by the color of the lens. There are a lot of people who use Tamron and Sigma lenses for wildlife on both Nikon and Canon bodies.

It's been several weeks now that no one post "Nikon or Canon" which is my first topic to read , so that made me post this thread.Anyway I have both Nikon and Canon.

Years ago I got my first pro SLR, a Canon F-1 mechanical. Added a small stable of Canon glass and was quite content....UNTIL, Canon changed their mount when they went to AF. Looking at starting over, I decided Nikon was better since they hadn't abandoned their customers when AF came along. Haven't ever looked back and some of the glass I got for my F4s works on my digital Nikons...so that's why I think Nikon is best...just my opinion...
