Thanks Colin. We'll see what I come up with. I'm kinda partial to the monochrome myself. I think if I begin adding color it will be a little at a time.
OK, here is one I think I may have edited in SPE. Not sure I did it quite a while ago. It's not much color, but it's a start. LOL

Tracey, you posted a very nice image. If you follow Colin's and my pattern, you will start out with a very little color and shortly become sucked into a little more and then a little more. It becomes mesmerizing how slight changes in the base image can bring very different colors in the edit. Have fun with it.

I just posted my Panasonic LUMIX DMC-SZ7 Digital Camera Converted for Infrared for sale here on UHH.
Now I have learned to use my T2i, I do not need it any more.

Very Nice, Tracey.
The more I look at your monochromes, the more I like them. Good Work.
Nice. Very nice. You have some great horizons up there and you use them well.

Thank you for the comments. I am lucky, there is an elementary school at the end of our street. I can go to the street end and shoot away. The trees end up short as there are classrooms mixed in them below and I choose to cut them out. I have another spot that I use about 1/2 mile that I can get some more elevation for a different view so I use it from time to time.

Nice, #1 is outstanding!
Just got back from shooting with my new Canon T2i to the West of the Ebay/Paypal building just South of the Freeway in Chandler. Off in the distance are the Sierra Estrella Mountains, which run pretty much North and South.
I don't know for sure what it is about that one peak in those mountains that I find so attractive, but there it is.
Thanks, guys, for putting me on to Smart Photo Editor. I will add one more photo to show how it looks coming out of the camera (No Pink!).
Just before Sunset, edited in SPE
I am getting to really like SPE

Here is the nature tones as they come out of the T2i after I mastered the Custom Color Balance. I shot the trees just to show the contrast and color.
