I see so many scenics and birds and animals that are pretty good images. No people and kids and scenes cant be shot because the rules of approval?
"Can't" or "don't want to be bothered"? I've never been big on photographing people, except for events and family gatherings. My wife never wanted her picture taken, so I quickly learned that the trees and mountains will always be there for me when I need them.

I have yet to be asked to provide a model release for an animal, bird or scenery. People is another story. Also, even though I do shoot portraits, weddings etc., The photos that I shoot are licensed to them and I do NOT publically publish them (with or without permission of the subject).
