thanks Erv...seems like some enjoy the flower as a part of the image and others not...perhaps the two are both worthy and can stand alone as such.... :thumbup:

Personally the first one, more frontal and excellent capture of the face and beak. Not sure I would crop. The photo reflects its natural habitat and background. Jeff
