Took 3 photojournalism classes and loved them. Majored in Journalism and Spanish. I decided I didn't like journalism and went to graduate school at Teachers College, Columbia University, NYC (Teaching English as a Second Language). Got married, lived near Trenton, NJ 3 yrs. and taught ESL and remedial writing at a community college - burned myself out on teaching. Moved to Nebraska, had kids, and we decided to homeschool.

I entered a local juried show a few years ago and got an honorable mention. I was thrilled and encouraged. Haven't been able to frame my photos for any more shows - too expensive. Need to set up a savings account just for that!

I like to photograph my kids (of course) and nature, landscapes, close ups, sunsets, etc. Have many (900!) pix from our vacation to the redwoods two years ago and don't know what to do with them all. Too many to manage and yet I don't want to delete very many of them either. I need a week just to work on photos - solid. Website: not set
