I have a Canon printer and it works perfectly. If your having issues with your printer bring it back and get one that works. BTW a number of years ago I subscribed to HP Smart Friends Tech support services. It costs me $30 a month for all my computers. They are extremely professional and they have resolved every issue I've ever had. They are worth every penny.

I think we may have grown up in the same area. I grew up in Hewlett, Long Island and I remember buying HO trains at the store you mentioned. BTW my dad's insurance agent had his a train layout that covered his entire basement. It was very intricate and every bit of it was hand built.

The human brain is 95% fat. So if someone calls you a fat head they are technically correct.

I have a program called Password Boss which generates and stores all my passwords. There are others on the market that are as good or better. The password manager is a good way to deal with the requirement to remember long and complex passwords.

Budget is the first consideration. Fortunately, you can't buy a bad camera. Smaller would be better than bigger, unless the young photographer likes all the technical features. I always look for refurbs first. I've also bought quite a few used cameras.

I'd say the first consideration after price, was the size he/she would like. One lens or interchangeable. I'd lean toward a compact with one permanent lens.

I recommend you follow the K.I.S.S. principle. Keep it simple... Be prepared to provide help and don't get the child a camera that your afraid he/she will break.

So how many actually wear an n95 mask?

Wearing a mask helps stop the transmission of Covid and other diseases. However nothing short of a moon suit is going to block everything. Get used to the fact that nothing is perfect and do the best you can.

My recommendation for cleaning the outside of your camera involves cottons swabs and a bit of rubbing alcohol. I can't imagine using water and soap on any camera equipment unless it was completely waterproof.

President Trump is all for opening schools ASAP. My guess is the Republican Gov. Henry McMaster pressured the the University of South Carolina into starting in person classes. During the 2016 presidential campaign, McMaster was an early and avid supporter of Donald Trump. He claimed to be the first elected politician in the United States to support Trump. After Trump won the Republican nomination, McMaster delivered the nominating speech at the Republican National Convention.
