I doubt it is a lens problem, simce it occurs with all of them. But some lenses are known for developing internal problems affecting AF.

Using AF-S DX ( 18-55 ) , AF-S DX (35MM) and a AF NIKKOR ( 70-300 ) If any of that helps.
