I received two e-mails from Nikon advising me about doing Firmware up dates to my D500 and D850......I followed all the instructions and and also followed instructions from a guy doing the firmware up date on a Nikon D850 on You tube....Everything was going well ...I had the firmware up date on my memory card...I inserted the memory card in to my camera....turned on the camera....went to Set Up menu then to firm ware version...hit OK....BUT I don't get a screen that says "DONE and UPDATE" [ like the guy in the video did ] My screen just say's "DONE"....I have tried clicking on the DONE but nothing happens......and there is no way to down load the new firmware...am I doing something wrong?.. I fell I must be because It happens on both or my cameras.
