I'm only going to sell locally, but I was wondering how much I should ask for this IMPROVED SENECA VIEW WITH STUDIO STAND.

5x7 format, with studio stand. Camera is from 1903, in working condition, but is offered as an antique. Bellows have been taped. Bausch & Lomb 5x7 lens & shutter. Chrome plated fittings. Includes an antique No. 2 Korona Folding Studio Stand. Gundlach-Manhattan Optical Co., Rochester NY.

This is more of a collector's item. Value will depend on its condition and rarity. The right buyer might pay well for it. Older wooden Deardorfs are going for an outrageous amount of money.

The problem with Hobby Lobby and Michaels is they do not have the standard digital paper sizes. Frame Destination has any size frame I need (metal and any other size, type or color frame) so I can get away without matting my prints. I just use the paper white as the border.

I have been using Frame Destination lately to order my frames. They are metal frames similar to Nielsen frames. They are shipped assembled with glass. They do such a good job packaging them that being shipped with glass has not been an issue. As with all metal frames they are competitive but not cheap. They are located in NC so shipping and tax may be better if you live closer. I live in IL do both are high. I recently purchased a 17x22 inch frame which was forty some dollars. That came to sixty some dollars with shipping and taxes.

If you check out a tutorial from Photoshop Training Channel, Photoshop 3D was a fantastic tool for creating realistic shadows when compositing one image into another. I believe they are doing away with it because there were too many problems with graphic drivers.

Frame Destination has great metal frames. They come shipped with glass included. They package them well and I have never had a problem with broken glass. I started using them because they have the common digital sizes.

What was the medium the comparison photos were presented? I would imagine digital. The iPhone photos may not have looked as good if they had been printed out at 11x14 or 16x20.

I agree. If you don't ever print then the iPhone is probably ok. Does it come with a 500mm or longer lens

I think there is a problem with this keyboard. I'll try again that's bullhead. No it's the software that keeps changing ballhead to bullhead. I got it this time.

Sorry for the typo. That should say bullhead. I have yet to find a bullhead except occasionally in some humans.

I am sold on Sirui tripods. They are reasonably priced and well made. The one I have is waterproof and has one leg that detaches for a monopod. I would not like the idea of switching in the field except the tripod comes with a great case that holds the two legged left over bipod. With this setup I can use the same Sirui bullhead on either.

KEH has over 200 D810s they have taken in on trade for the D850. Because they have so many they only offered me $500.00 for my D810. I paid $3000.00 for it. I won't sell it for that little. However you might call them and see what they might offer one with a bit of cosmetic wear to you for.

I had an issue with Dell on a graphics card I returned at my own expense. Dell stopped responding. I believe they blocked my email at customer service. I had all the info on the returned item which was signed for. I finally turned to the BBB and they were able to resolve the issue. I got my money back in full. They will try had to help you. Also you can put your complaint on record. I believe that is why companies respond to their inquiries. They can give a company a bad rating. I hope this helps.

The old rule of thumb to keep slides from blowing out in the highlights was to read the snow and close down 2 stops for some detail in the snow or 1.5 stops for brighter snow. If you have ever shot slides you know that 1/2 stops make a difference. With negative film they do not make a lot of difference.

I bought the Sirui I love it. The model I bought is the only tripod I know of that advertises waterproof legs.
