I am wondering if anyone had metal prints made? If so where was it printed and how was the quality? I am looking into having 30" x 20" prints made of several vehicles I've photographed for the champions who won their class. I am not sure where will be best to have them made. Thank you for your input!!

I’ve had great service from White House Custom Color @ whcc.com
CVS, Big Discount sale before sale ends Saturday. Good quality and packaging. Nice Acrylic Panels, too.

If you have never done metal prints, then I suggest you do a smaller sample to see if it is what you are looking for.
With metal prints, you have a choice of glossy or matte surface. The glossy surface is highly reflective, almost like a mirror, and large areas of similar tone can be easily obscured by reflections. This could be a problem with automobiles. These subjects are, in my opinion, best with a matte surface.
I've had good luck with Shutterfly. Many positive remarks! They do a great job of mounting for easy hanging as well. We have also done a few albums of vacation trips and often have items ready to send in to take advantage of their sales.

Just had a 16x24 metal done by Costco. Sunset with lots of vibrant colors. Happy with the results
Nobody has mentioned Aluminyze (
https://aluminyze.com/) - I have found theirs to be better than Miller, HD Aluminum, and a couple of others I have used over the years.

Thank you for the great suggestion!! I definitely will order one of the more challenging colored vehicles to sample!
Thank you for the suggestion of CVS! I didn't know they made metal prints, sadly they don't make a 30" x 20".

Some of the prints will go in their shops and some in their homes. Matte is a good suggestion.
Sorry I didn't reply correctly below!

I don't have Costco so I looked at Sams Club. I don't see that they have any mounting for the back.

Have you ordered from Bay Photo? If so what type of finish did you get on the metal print? What type of mounting did you have them put on?

CVS don’t make them, they use an outsource. No sure which one.
