Fuji x100 made it to my collection. I love that camera, is my go to for travel around my stste.

I had the same problem with my Oly tough, turns out I had multiple exposures set to 20 with every press of the button.

Yes I did delete all of those pics. I always format in camera. It is the red olympus tough camera. I just like to grab and shot sometimes, and this camera is perfect for that. It is not in video or continuous mode. Just thought it was weird. I will take a few more pics and see what happens.

I keep a small Oly camera on my desk to snap flowers as they burst open on my house plants. Yesterday I went to d/l those pics, which only should be about 5. But up came 520. All repeats of the 5 photos. Any ideas why this happened?

Thanks again. Just me (retired) 3 dogs and my dtr. So I have many hours left during the day, will start when the x-mas decorations are down.

I will be doing photo scanning on a V600 as soon as the holidays are over, I have 2 & 1/2 shoe boxes full. Are the same settings for photos also? I d/l your resources mentioned, and will do some reading.

It was easy to get them back with Recova, but also very easy to lose them in the first place. I followed everyone advice to retrieve, someone mentioned this program (Recova) on the site so I did a d/l, plugged in the memory card and missing photos were found, and put them where they belong. Very easy.

Thanks to all who helped me. I learn so much from this site, esp. Dirtfarmer, Jack, CGH_CANON, and anyone who I forgot. I d/l Recuva and all my photos are back. At least I have learned how not mess things up next time.

I also enjoyed the sunsets from my patio in Tucson. But with electric lines and poles no photos taken. Thanks for sharing.

I appreciate all info I can get. Thanks to CHG-CANON and Jack. I have used LRC for many years although I most likely do not understand the program fully. I think I am going back to my old system of d/l to folders using date format and then copying to collections and external drive. I will do a follow up on my progress of finding photos. These 30 photos were taken with my handicapped daughter and me. We like to go out during the week and find interesting places and snap away. These were her pics., and they were not bad, so I would like to save them and do some developing on them. Again thanks for all the info.
