No . . . but I just received a email from a "so called" Pay Pal saying I owe them $661.99. Sure sounds like a scam as I have never ever had any kind of dealings with them. Has anyone heard of this one.

Tried that on me yesterday for a bitcoin purchase! It is a scam!!!! Be sure to check your PayPal account to be sure this isn't a valid transaction.

For the same camera the image size varies with the square of the focal length! Math matters if you use the correct formula.

Once again my UHH family I come to you for suggestions. My wife and I will be returning to Wyoming starting on September 9th through the 15th to enjoy and photograph my passion, wildlife and landscapes. We will spend the first of three weeks in Gardiner and would love any photography suggestions. We spent the last two trips in Jackson Hole where we will end our three week trip. Just a side note, I'll be taking a D500 and a D850 with a nikkor 200-500mm 5.6, a nikkor 24-70mm 2.8 as my primary lenses with a small assortment of primes. Thank you in advance for your recommendations/suggestions.

You have a gap in your focal length coverage. Rent or borrow a 70-200 f2.8 and a 1.4xteleconverter. You may find yourself using this more than your other lenses.
Good luck!

In the first photo - the flash is directly over the centerline of the lens. The shadows are still there - but more directly behind the subject. I'll bet you rotate your camera clockwise - putting the flash to your right. This puts the flash off-center to the right - causing the shadows to be more prominently seen on the left side of the image.

A partial solution is to have the gorgeous ladies at least four feet away from the wall. This will soften but not eliminate hard shadows.

I'm sure there's a solution to this problem and that people on here have the answer. When I'm outside taking landscape pictures with my Rebel T7, I can't see what the picture I've just taken looks like on the screen because in the sunlight the screen is rather dark. In order to see the picture I've just taken clearly I have to go back to my car, get inside, close the door and then look at the picture. What's the solution?

Look for a Hoodman new or used. Fits in a shirt pocket or wear around your neck on a strap.

Look at Hoodman. Wear around your neck or keep in pocket until needed!

Bmy a one inch wide clamp from RRS or Kirk, attach it to your Black Rapid strap. To mount your lens to a tripod head just remove the clamp from the camera plate and put the lens or body in the tripod clamp. This setup works on any Arca Swiss clamp wether on the lens or camera body. For long lenses best to use the foot on the lens!

Canon used to make a 500D two lens macro screw in filter for 72 and 77mm lens diameters. It is the best non-macro lens adapter. Try to find one in the used market you won't be disappointed. It screws into the threads on any lens prime or zoom with the correct filter thread diameter.

Two places in downtown Chicago “the loop” I loved to visit in the late 60s and 70s: Altman’s Camera and Kroch’s and Brentano’s book store. Both on Wabash Ave. Sadly both are gone!

A fine memory. . Thank you. . .By the way, "CHG-Canon". . do you happen to recall the name of another large camera shop in downtown Chicago that was there for many years (but, is no longer)? Your reminiscence reminded me of this "other" store where I bought my first Nikon in 1968 (after driving down from Madison, WI, where I was beginning my first year of grad school). I bought a used Nikon FTN; and, one lens: a Nikkor 85mm, 1.4. . .I still have the 85 mm lens; but, the FTN was stolen about 10 yrs later.
