I always come back to Pentax for basic Photography (stills). They are rugged, resist weather and reliable. I currently use a K-1 mark II. I have owned most of the digital Pentax and back to the K1000 film. I do shoot with other brands for their features but Pentax is a stable. I have been at this as a hobby and profession for 68 years and currently judge in local photography contests. Long live Pentax!

First camera I bought in 1956 was the Ricohflex TLR. I still have it and shoot with it occasionally. Dark view finder but nice pictures.

Been reading awhile, very interesting. Decided I might want to post or reply. I have been taking pictures since I was 10 and that was 66 years ago. Owned a studio for awhile. Now I just shoot family and friends, dabble in landscape and fine art photography.
