Here is the thing, his post was unnecessary. The only person that can help him is B&H. All he had to do was call there customer service number and they would have helped him straighten it out. Either he made an error or B&H did. Either way B&H and the OP could have handled this issue without the OP coming here and stating an issue with B&H. There is really NO need for the OP's post, none at all. A simple phone call would have fixed the issue.
Did the OP mention that he called them? NO
Did the OP even try to resolve the issue with B&H before coming here? NO
If his intention was a general inquiry, why did he not make that inquiry to B&H instead of us. WE cannot help him with his inquiry, only B&H can help him with his inquiry.
It is a waste of everyone's time to try to help him when the only way to get this resolved is to call B&H.

Particularly since B&H switched from Synchrony Bank to Comenity (now called Bread Financial), I have had multiple issues with PayBoo. All, essentially, centered around late posting of payments by Comenity. Their delays in crediting my account resulted in interest and late payment fees. Of course, I can't prove whether the delays were due to the bank's incompetence or are attributable to Louis DeJoy's mismanagement of USPS. However, I never had any such issues when Synchrony sponsored the PayBoo card. I use PayBoo solely to save the sales tax on purchases from B&H. Now, as soon as I receive merchandise and determine that I will not be returning it, I pay Comenity online. Thus far, they have managed to execute scheduled online payments within a day or two of the date I specify.
