The best way to save without worrying about resizing. If you get an external hard drive, with 1-2 terabytes (tb) you will achieve your goal. Just create a folder label it and import your images to that folder, I use SanDisk extreme portable SSD, then you can delete images from your computer, hope that helps, & have a wonderful weekend. p.s. that will give plenty of room

In my humble opinion, being a street photographer zone focus is a skill that requires practice. This is more important than focal length. I think focal is more of personal preference. Sharpness is more of what you want to say!

I would say a bit extreme, but on the other hand considering the division of the country you never know what will pop off, sometimes just minding your own business doesn't work.

I have a Nilon 105 f/2.8 and a Tokina 100f, f/2.8d. I use them both on a Nikon D850. The Tokina is much more affordable and lighter than the Nikon, but the Nikon has a better build quality and supports auto focus bracketing. Got the Nikon on the used market off of eBay from Japan, but you can't go wrong with either

one thing that has been around for a long time is IBIS, Pentax had this many years ago, so it's not new. It may be improved.

focus ring is stuck, won't go to infinity, already talked to Stephen, & I did buy it at B&H, they told me they don't repair lens. Stephen told me to pursue the matter more, bought it last May Stephen informed me if you didn't buy it in Europe, it has only 1-year warranty. B&H advertised it as having 3-year warranty. thanx much for post!

I have been trying to get my lens repaired for 3 weeks now have called B&H was told they don't repair lens , sent me to photo village & they didn't respond to my calls or emails. Now I don't know where to turn. Can someone please help me?

Anything put on the web can be manipulated & will be. My suggestion is don't put images for sale on the sharing sites use a website to show your work and make it small & offer multiple sizes

I do have a few questions to ask of all you knowledgeable guys here, but before I do, let me say this. We were always told to learn how to shoot Manual and stay there for most of our shooting. With today's Cameras, the technology is so good, why not allow the Camera to do most of the work for you? Once I have gotten my head around "how to use my D810", I always Float my ISO, and use A priority most of the time. This allows me quickly to change my aperture, and exclusively use the exposure compensation to change my exposure if needed. I also float my ISO in Manual by setting my High and Low ISO points in camera. This way, I have more time to think of composition and what is in the foreground and background of my image. I am not knocking Manual, most newer photographer needs to learn about the "Exposure Triangle" and manual is a must for this purpose.
Now my questions. I will be in Rome for 3 days. With so much to shoot there. How will you set up your camera to be this most efficient? Will you shoot most of the time with wide angle or medium telephoto? I know the D810 is a bit heavy based on today's standards, but that is all I have. I am also taking 50mm 1.4, 24 - 70mm 2.8, and 70-200mm 2.8. Any comments, and/or recommendations will be appreciated.
I do have a few questions to ask of all you knowle... (show quote)

I would suggest shoot whatever is comfortable to you, but you should know how to shoot it in manual mode to know how things work & nothing wrong with heavy cameras , the Nikon z9 is mirrorless & one of the best cameras going but it's heavy too!
