You can do it in post processing by highlighting the flower, then choosing "inverse" and then blurring the background. You can do other things to either the flower or the background using this approach.

I think this says it al! When we live with others we have responsibilities to be sensitive to their welfare. I don't like speed limits, or zoning laws, or jay walking laws or laws against excessive noise.
