Went fishing deep in the woods, almost stood on this little guy.

I really wished I'd brought the Nikon and macro.

Also, the photo is great overall in both crops.

IMHO the backgrounds in both are great if in 1st your goal is to emphasize her isolation and loneliness, 2nd if emphasis just on model is desired. Backgrounds should often emphasize what the photographer is trying to emphasize. That simple.

x2. My thoughts exactly.

I like reasonable, informative responses.

Based on a number of those, I think I'll be passing up this deal and instead offering some arm strength to get it up the stairs and in a dumpster.

I rented the 20mm f1.4 Art for shooting the stars with my D850 last summer. Sweet criminy that thing was a brick, but in such a glorious way!!

I put this in the Printer forum but figure it will get more traffic here:

My cousin, a former business owner who gave up her camera mid 2010s, offered me her Image Prograf W6400 for free if I could fix it up. Last used circa 2014-15. She figures the ink nozzles are dried up but it's mine for the taking if I want it. I have a PIXMA Pro 100 for my own needs otherwise.

Looking at Canon's support page for the model, do I want this printer (the W6400)? To be clear, I already have a PP100.

So we're clear, I'm asking about the W6400. I already have the PP 100.

Unfortunately, a lot of OPs join forums like this for that one purpose: they will ask a question only to get the answer they want and never follow up. Instant gratification/ kiss-n-tell culture. It's getting harder and harder to get a good discussion going.

As for me, I'm getting ready to ask a ton of questions - buying a light kit in the next few weeks so I can start making my own holiday cards and school photos. Yes, I'm excited.

I'm using the Pixma Pro 100 and love it. The 100 has extensive excellent reviews everywhere. The only negatives I have seen have been from using third-party inks. It was recently discontinued so you'll be getting the 200 if you go that route.

Holy crap I just realized how old this post is. Ugh.

I'm on board with the artistic folks. I generally appreciate a little ink, if well or tastefully done. I like to see that someone has a little personality and interest in something. I generally am against bolt-on boobs but again, if well done and not excessive. I also realize some women get them for their own health and esteem so I try not to judge too harshly.

But a bad photo is still just a bad photo, however gratuitous it may or may not be. I think we are all aware of the difference between art and porn: that L word.

My camera has Aperture Priority, Shutter Priority, but not Skill Priority

Some things your camera just can't do. Even the best ones.
