A comon sense solution to a dangerious and irritating problem. Lots of Film cameras around these days.
Good day to all. I haven't posted in a long time. I have been in love with photography since my first 3MP Olympus camera. That was 1997. I have learned much. I have taken the NYIP course 15 years ago and have taken about 200,000 photos. That's a guess as I continue to delete photos that I have come to realize are far from good photography and are not that close to my heart. I currently use a 12 y/o Canon 7d. Software; that said about my photography knowledge, I still know that taking a well composed, properly lit and well thought out photograph is the best start to creating a superb photograph. If you think you can do this every time, I bow to your expertise. As for myself, I started using PSP 04, from then, Jasic 15 years ago. I have paid for updated versions to include my latest versin, Corel PSP X8 Ultimate. Most good software will perform digital creation far beyond my needs. As of this date, I still try to create the best photo I can, in camera. But perfect, I am far from. So, I still need the corrections that bring out the results I was trying for.
I believe I have received all the results I need from what PSP provides. As for you. This is a photographers choice. The judge is you. If you get the results YOU are looking for, then my opinion doesn't matter. I only suggest you strive for happiness in your photographic endeavors.
The best you get in life reflects what the best in life you give.
Thanks folks. It was an awesome experience.
Sorry I waited so long to post. Here is a selection of photographs I took on the day of the 2017 solar eclipse.I took a total of 85 photographs. The camera was a Canon 7d, the lens was a Sigma 150-800 focus to almost 800mm. adj to infinity and then refocused manually. viewed through the LCD. My filter was a 6x6 piece of myler fixed to the sunshade of the lens. I took the pictures in the Castlewood State park in Ballwood, MO. I hope you find them satisfactory.
What kind of memory card are you using and how are you doing the upload?
The most unusual visual, If the photograph is a telephoto view of the moon, the bird photographed at the same time would have to be the size of a 747. Also the bright dot,I'm guessing the actual shot of the moon, would be a meteorite threating the existence of the moon or maybe even earth. Good job anyway.
Since Admin has seen fit to move my question to a more appropriate forum, I know, they are aware of my concern. I am anxiously awaiting a response from them.
Thanks, all, for your sincere input on this issue. I am aware of what the heartblood bug is. I was not sure how vunerable UGH system is or was to it. I will wait for a response from admin. As for now, thanks again.
Not as Yet, but I also don't wish to see any.
A question to my question. Not the answer I am looking for.
Are there any intelligent responses out there?
Has this website been compromised by the heart bleed bug?
You also have the option to cancel AEB when the camera is turned off.
Hello, josiedev. Welcome to my favorite photography forum. My wife and I are planning a camping stay in Tuscon for Feb and March. We will be hauling a 30ft 5th wheel and towing our 3 wheel Spyder. I have been checking out the area on line and I believe we will be very pleased with what we find.
