The problem seems to be that not all people know how to give criticism without coming off like a jerk. So their comments, while well-meaning, and most likely true, ruffle the feathers of our more delicate members, and then you're off and running.

Even if you say you're 'thick-skinned' and 'can take it', two or three reviews with the words "suck" and "horrible" in them can kinda spoil your day, especially when the image in question is their darling little 4-year old, the favored family pet, or in some cases, a rusty nail in the street.
