My parents once owned the Imperial 100 Motel at the east end of Winslow. Armpit of the earth. Keep going.
Two munch dog-doo abot nathing.
B&H is a photo dealer of 'fresh' name-brand products, not a re-seller. Also, same for Adorama. I've gotten good products & service from both for years & years. If it's "used", they will say so in their ad.
P.S - I'm a past long-time member, who just renewed.
I'm new here, so bare with me. With regard to reviewing shots. The conversation started with "film" shooting. How do you review in real time. Isn't the image an unprocessed negative in the camera??? Nikon shooter since the very first Nikon hit the market & every upgrade since. Press credentialed via Kennedy International News Service in 1960's Hobbyist since then. Ed
My 7200 is my XXXX'th Nikon. love it. If you buy one, don't even think about purchasing the thick & overweight 'for Dummies' for it. You will spend more time reading than if you l just start experimenting. The author must be paid per page. The index, alone, is even 14 pages, with double columns. Stick with the simple white booklet that's in the package.
That's a tough one. Just some ideas off the top of my head, if no-one else has a better, easier, or cheaper solution.
Negatives: try pressing between 2 sheets of glass & applying a LITTLE heat - then let cool. Experiment with least valued shots.
Slides: guess you would have to remove from frames.
OR, try re-shooting them under a glass plate on a light table, with a macro lens.
