The Day of Books and Roses, April 23, is celebrated in Catalonia, Spain. This day is traditionally known as Diada de Sant Jordi ("Saint George's Day") in Catalan. On this day, love and literature are celebrated throughout Catalonia. Books and roses are exchanged. .It is the Catalan equivalent to Valentine's Day and love is in the air!

It was my husband's 71 birthday so per his wish we traveled to his home town of Brownwood and I took a few photos w 24-120 F4 and solar filter setting it on F8, ISO 200 , 1/250=1/500 for the rings . here is collage / first look. Had 99.7 totality here... from the porch of out BnB

I am not sure yet about photographing eclipse but blue bonnets in full bloom are worth the trip. Wish I had tripod and could come back at sunset ...

I can get about 700 -800 shots on my D850 one battery
3-400 on Z6-and this is just my experience but reviews available if you would like to look it up
Sensor is wide open and close located to the mount
The sensor is easy to clean, but if you change lens outside you are doomed
