I ordered a new battery yesterday. I am going on a two month out of country trip leaving tomorrow. I will take all three batteries.
One battery came with the camera and the other was bought from a local camera store, not from Amazon. So I think they are not counterfeit.
Both batteries have the same issue. My Nikon D750 has three years older batteries than Sony and are still working fine.
In the Sony charger, out of camera.
I have a Sony A7iii with two original Sony batteries. When powering up my camera, I get a message “continued use of the battery cannot be guaranteed”, asking if I want to continue? I have said yes but I am not sure why I get this message with both Sony batteries. Any suggestions?

I would like to hear from people who have used the Monster Adapter to use your Nikon AF-S lenses on a Sony body. I am planning a trip to India and want to take my Sony A7iii body for which I only have two lenses, but have more for my D750. How will my Nikkor 300mm PF, 28-300mm and 20mm lens perform in terms of speed of focusing and image sharpness.

I was traveling to Loreto Mexico from Tijuana airport. We went from San Diego through the Cross Boarder Crossing to Tijuana airport. I had my tripod attached to my camera backpack. I went through the security with no problems. I checked in my luggage and as I was waiting for my boarding pass to print the agent tells me I need to check in my tripod. By then my luggage had already gone. Luckily I had an extra bag in my backpack. I then checked in the Gitzo tripod with Really Right Stuff BH-50 in the extra bag. I was afraid I may ever see them again. But luckily the bag reached safely.
Fine tune your lens using the dot tune method for auto focusing your lens. There is a YouTube video. It is called Dot-Tune: Autofocus fine tuning in 5 minutes. It is possible that the lens is focusing either closer or further from the object of interest.Hope this is helpful.

Yes the bag was fully expanded. The position of loops in the bag and that of the cube are over 1 to 2" apart so the pins cannot connect. This true in all four orientation of the cube.
