First, I notice you have the EF 70-300mm "L", which is superior to all the other Canon EF 70-300s.
You can compare image quality of that lens versus the RF 24-240mm to some extent here:
https://www.the-digital-picture.com/Reviews/ISO-12233-Sample-Crops.aspx?Lens=1416&Camera=1221&Sample=0&FLI=3&API=1&LensComp=738&CameraComp=453&SampleComp=0&FLIComp=4&APIComp=0
It's not possible to do a direct, head-to-head comparison there. The RF 24-240mm test shots are done on a 30MP EOS R... While with the EF 70-300mm L test shots you have choice of them done on a full frame 1Ds Mark III (21MP) or on a full frame 5DS-R (50MP). The lower resolution DSLR will be "kinder" to the EF lens, while the higher resolution one will be "less forgiving". But even on the 5DS-R, to my eye the 70-300mm L looks marginally "better" than the 1/3-stop to 2/3-stop (depending upon focal length) slower RF 24-250mm, at relatively comparable focal lengths (EF lens: 70mm, 100mm, 300mm... RF lens: 50mm, 100mm, 240mm.) I only looked at the image quality with the lenses "wide open"... they probably both improve when stopped down. I'll leave it to you to check those out, if you wish. I also don't know if the tests of the EF lens on the DSLRs were done after a proper lens calibration (which is unnecessary on a mirrorless like the R, since the AF system is embedded directly in the image sensor). I can only assume they do "best possible" with each lens. There also may be copy variations with lenses.... where one EF 70-300mm L performs better than another one. Same with the RF lens, of course. Tests here were likely done with a single example. (Note: Lensrentals.com sometimes provides helpful commentary on specific lenses and has advantage of testing many copies of each, in most cases.)
Above link shows center, mid-frame and corner test shot crops that illustrate sharpness and chromatic aberration (crops are magnified... follow the provided "?" link to see the entire test target that was used). While the differences aren't very dramatic, to me the EF 70-300 L appears to have a slight edge in these tests, at focal lengths they roughly share. Of course, the RF lens focal length range goes to wide angle places that the EF lens doesn't.... And, to a lesser extent the 70-300L goes a little "longer".
You also can compare vignetting: https://www.the-digital-picture.com/Reviews/Lens-Vignetting-Test-Results.aspx?Lens=1416&Camera=1221&FLIComp=0&APIComp=0&LensComp=738&CameraComp=453&FLI=1&API=0
Compare how each lens handles flare: https://www.the-digital-picture.com/Reviews/Lens-Flare.aspx?Lens=1416&Camera=1221&FLIComp=0&APIComp=0&LensComp=738&CameraComp=453&FLI=1&API=0
And you can check for any distortion each zoom might produce. (Spoiler alert: to my eye both lenses appear to have very little distortion, particularly impressive for a 10X zoom like the 24-240mm!): https://www.the-digital-picture.com/Reviews/Lens-Distortion.aspx?Lens=1416&Camera=1221&FLI=3&LensComp=738&CameraComp=453&FLIComp=4
P.S. You also can compare the RF 24-240mm versus the RF 24-105L at the above site. It's more of a head-to-head comparison, in fact, since both tested on the same camera. https://www.the-digital-picture.com/Reviews/ISO-12233-Sample-Crops.aspx?Lens=1416&Camera=1221&Sample=0&FLI=2&API=1&LensComp=1222&CameraComp=1221&SampleComp=0&FLIComp=5&APIComp=0
(Spoiler alert: To my eye, the 24-240 isn't as good at 24mm, especially in the corners.... the two are surprisingly similar at 50mm and at 100/105mm, although at it's longest focal length the 24-105 has just a wee bit of chromatic aberration in the corners.)
And, of course, Bryan has more detailed reviews of each lens, which are probably worth reading.

Thank you the information. I had already went through some lens comparisons. Frankly I am not thrilled about what I saw on resolution charts at 24 and 240 mm with the Canon 24-240mm lens. I find in normal use I would use both ends of this lens focal lengths the most. My current EF 70-300 L lens gives me great results at all focal lengths, it’s only drawback is it’s weight. I think the best choice for me right now is to get the Canon RF 24-105mm L with the Canon RP and keep my EF 70-300 mm L lens.
