I have been making annual Christmas calendars for about 20 years using Photoshop with a collection of my photos on 8.5 x 11 photopaper. I use standard pull chains from a local hardware store. I punch 2 holes in the top of each calendar sheet and place a single 12" chain through each hole to allow rotation of the calendar pages without disconnecting the chain. The P.O. has not complained but I insert a sheet of paper towel around the chain so it doesn't rattle.
