I have a Panasonic ZS100.. In my camera bag it must have come in contact with other equipment and got a scratch on the touch screen. Now camera turns on, lens extends but I see red and blue steaks on the touch screen and nothing else and no pictures are being taken... Is it repairable.. any idea re cost.. others experience this problem?.. bad design if camera is disabled by scratch on unprotected screen.. Any suggestions appreciated..Warning to others... protect touch screens..!!... Thanks.

I have a 45-200 Lumix lens which extends when the camera is just hanging on my neck...It acts like it should be tightened so that it will not slide out unless I push it... any sugggestions as to how I can correct this problem..??...Thx
