I would be interested if anyone has any experience with Arsenal.
The waves were really pumping this week in SOCAL. These young guys were skim boarding at Aliso Beach.
Thanks. Good suggestions. “Kids” are teens to 40 yr. old teens. I generally don’t know them. They know they are being photographed and come over to check out the preview on my camera. I am not interested in selling photos but would like them to be able to download.
Recently I started taking photos of surfers along the SOCAL coast. I would like to make them available to these kids. Is there a way to use Flicker/SmugMug or DropBox that would not compromise my privacy? I have no interest in selling these images. I only want to provide some smiles. Thanks for you suggestions.
I use a Canon 5D Mark IV and try to photograph birds in flight. I practice photographing RC model airplanes. I am also starting to try some night sky photography with long exposures and smoothing out moving water with long exposures. The question is....is there a significant benefit of using a fast SD card, 300 MB/s' vs. a 95 MB/s'. Will the camera be able to take advantage of the speed? I would appreciate any input.
Thanks
I have owned the Leica V-Lux 4 for almost 4 years. It a 25-600mm Eqivalent, 24x Zoom Lens. It’s only got a 12.1MP sensor. I think it’s a great travel camera because it is so light and yet so versatile. The only negative I have found is that it is slow to refocus moving objects, ie. surfers & birds! Oh, and yes I paid a lot extra for that red dot!
My recommendation is to go for it! You won’t be sorry.
