In fairness, most places had closed due to COVID so I expected some delay in the process. I was never totally comfortable with their vague assessment and repair but since Canon had closed few options were available. (They are an authorized Canon repair center). I received nothing in writing from them, just a bill listing the amount only and I had to initiate every conversation about the repair (they did not respond to my emails). I went ahead with the repair as it was relatively minor (under $300) but I most likely will not use them again.
