Reed-breasted Merganser, Blue-winged Teal, Shoveler Duck, Redhead, Hooded Merganser
Immature red-tail, sex unknown. Adults have red tails.
I'm not sure the bird is molting his head feathers. I think it's a bad case of feather mites.
Eastern Towhee, formerly called rufous-sided towhee, that someone mentioned above. I like the former name better. There is also a western species with more spots on the wing, called the spotted towhee.
