Those appear to be small insects flying above the pond. They move about quickly so the shutter speed made them "stretched". The other picture was not taken over the water where these critters like to be. I have had things show up in my shots after I had taken them but didn't see them at the time as I was focusing on the framing and composition.
New member here. I still shoot 35mm film. Use a Minolta Maxxum 7000, Chinon CP-7m and an old Pentax K1000. My only digital camera is a Nikon CoolPix L120...the ole point and shoot.
