Perfect! Did she still have all 8?

I visited the nursery site numerous times and all 7 kits were doing great.

I came across a mother Red Fox with 7 kits near the town of Cooke, Montana. She had her nursery beneath an old abandon log cabin.

Based on current technology, I doubt seeing myself replacing my DSLR with a phone camera for several reasons. My Canon glass is far superior than apple or samsung camera glass. Camera phones today are great for landscape, vacation, and general photography. When you want to count hairs on the chin of wildlife, or capture that cheetah at 100 yards, you will have far superior resolution with the DSLR. Camera phones have a market niche and are good for many aspects of general photography. Those larger sensors in DSLR's make a huge difference. Bottom line is your camera selection is simply based on your desire for resolution, quality, file size, flexibility, portability, and cost. If you travel to someplace like Yellowstone you will see DSLR cameras lined up on the side of the road with advanced lenses. When National Geographic, news, and commercial photographers shift to Apple or Samsung camera phones, I'll take another look at them. Enjoy your camera phone, they do take great images.

One, file size is the dominant factor that determines your Topaz processing speed. If you are processing raw files, expect longer processing times. Two, if you are maximizing denoise or sharpen in the 80 to 90% range, the application has to measure lots of data which takes time. Three, any computer I purchase I make sure it is equipped with quad processing power. Four, I would look at the eGPU acceleration specs within your graphic card. eGPU acceleration allows the Topaz lab software to offload processing functions away from the CPU into the graphics card specifically to speed up the processing time. Your RAM storage appears to be very sufficient. Remember, when you run Topaz, it adds lots of data to the file size. Lastly, Look at it this way, when you load an 18 wheeler to it's max weight capacity you are going to burn more fuel, takes longer to gain speed, and all with the same amount of torque. Same applies with file processing, the more the bits, the longer it takes to process, the more you ask of the application, the slower it becomes due to the processing of more data. One last comment, Topaz has a mask option where you can denoise or sharpen a very specific area of an image thus reducing the correction footprint. To answer your question, Topaz is worth having for getting that extra little denoise or sharpen punch. If you are looking for Topaz to correct poorly shot images, the processing time will greatly increase. Hope this helps.

DSLR vs. Mirrorless.
There are many photographers who simply purchase Mirrorless cameras because they are the most recent technology and many simply want new technology before they assess their needs. For some reason many think, they need to have the latest and greatest. If you ask high level photographers like National Geographic, many have stayed with DSLR cameras. Why is that? What I hear from many is that Mirrorless has better color resolution. 45mp vs 26mp. That may be true, but then they view their images on an 8 bit monitor where color shades are limited as compared to a 10 or 12 bit device. It's like watching a 4K UHD movie on a tv that is not capable of displaying 4K bit depth. It doesn't make sense to me. Current DSLR cameras produce excellent images if the person behind the lens knows what they are doing or how to effect change with their images. I compare it to RV's. It's very difficult to financially justify purchasing an RV based on financial integrity, but we enjoy the RV life and simply buy them because we want it. If you really want the mirrorless go buy it. Will it greatly improve your photography? I doubt it.
The camera is but just one component of a system. Bit depth is a very important component within photography and I rarely hear people target monitors to meet their needs. GPU performance in graphics cards is highly important when processing images in in edit tools such as Lightroom or Capture 1. However, rarely do I hear people talk about GPU performance. Bottom line, before you purchase that Mirror, does it match your needs or is it overkill? Is your computer and monitor matched to the technology of the camera to display optimum images? Do you have enough RAM in your computer system to handle the higher resolution output? More bits means more memory processing. One more example, As you've heard, 5k equipment is beginning to populate the market place. 75% of people don't have hardware that will handle 5k, like your phone for example. Treat your camera as part of an overall system. Good luck with your decision.

Telluride is a high elevation delight. Lots of recreational opportunities if you go online. A drive to Ouray to take a dip in the hot springs is well worth the drive. I visited both Telluride and Ouray during the fall and the fall colors was magnificent. Go online to find and book recreation venues. Both cities attract a large variety of very wealthy celebrities who have secondary homes. A drive from Ouray over the pass to Silverton is breathtaking. You will have plenty to do.

I found the bear video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9oqq70wx76U, If you think grizzly bears don't climb trees, watch this video as she goes after a black bear.

A grizzly bear can climb a tree quicker than you can snap your fingers. There is a you tube video of a brown bear sow climbing a tree after a black bear who was a threat to her cubs. As for not eating humans, a young hiker in Montana was dragged from her tent and eaten by a brown bear last week. Anybody that goes into bear habitat should carry bear spray.

Greetings:
I did a three country trip to South Africa, Botswana and Zambia in 2019 before Covid. I brought two cameras, a cropped and full frame canon 7DMII and 5DMIV. I lugged my 600, and although it was a bit of a lug, I am so thankful I brought it, especially for small game such as birds. The bird photography is awesome. The 600 allowed me to get some awesome shots without getting too close and spooking the birds. I primarily used my F2.8, 70 to 200mm lens. Also brought a F2.8 24-70mm. I paid for a private jeep just for the wife and I so that I would not be bothersome to other guests with my requests to stop and sit to observe. I went with the attitude, "Id rather have it and not need it then to need it and not have it." You may need to pay for an extra seat on the small aircraft due to weight restrictions which I did do. I also requested a guide that has a good photography background and he was a great asset for the trip, especially with the bird photography. He would always get me in locations taking into account the direction of the sun. Greetings:
I did a bear viewing trip to Chinitna Bay Alaska through Great Alaska Adventures which is in the Clarke National Park. Below is a link to my web site where you can view what I viewed on the trip. This is an excellent bear viewing venue. You fly to Chinitna Bay and land on the beach where a host of guides greet you. They have overnight tents surrounded by an electric fence and serve great meals. Portable showers and potties are available. I did a three day excursion and saw so many bears, I could not count them. I do recall on one particular day I did count over 50 bears. I visited early June as the bears come down from the high country to feed on the sedge grass near Chinitna Bay and lots of breeding is going on. Sows with cubs tend to come out near the end of the breeding cycle. The guides will give you very up close bear viewing opportunities. All guides carry firearms but never had to use them. Each guide is required to attend training by the National Park service before they are licensed to guide. Salmon are not yet in the rivers, so all viewing is in the Sedge grass meadows and in the bay as they dig for clams. Great Great Venue for bear viewing. if you have any other questions please contact me through my web site. You won't regret this venue......

In today's world of cameras, computers, monitors and applications, it's become a system engineering task. Each component of your system has minimum operation requirements that interact and rely on other components of your system. I'll give you a couple of examples. A friend of mine was trying to get an HDMI output from his camera to a monitor with negative results. His issue was the camera was delivering a bit depth rate of 10 into a monitor rated for a max bit depth rate of 8 and he overwhelmed his monitor. You can select the fastest, brightest, and most robust graphics card and it may not work because your computer is not compatible. You may have insufficient RAM memory which will slow down a processing system. There is a reason why many of us who deal in graphics manipulation often upgrade our hardware to stay with the advancements in technology. If you can't afford a new computer my advice is to contact you computer tech support and seek advice for upgrades that our compatible with your system. You can also think of it in another way. A 1/2 diameter hose will deliver less water than a 3/4 inch diameter hose and will
take longer. You may need a bigger hose. Specify your requirements then select hardware components that meet your demands and will be compatible. When I run Topaz applications, the longest processing time is about 45 seconds per image. Good luck.

Composition is a moving target that requires a degree of creative skills to map out that shot in your brain. Like many, I evaluate the depth of field, light, rule of thirds, the position of content, color, etc. I was recently in the Tetons and I spent two hours looking for a location where I could get a shot of the Tetons with interesting foreground subjects to help provide a sense of the Teton's beauty and size. Composition is a conscious set of decisions that gives your image a story. Don't worry, many of us struggle with the composition aspect of photography. Although books help, experience is your best aid. I ultimately found the Mormon road in the Tetons where a set of trees and an old corral provided a perfect foreground. I'm of the opinion that if your image tells a story, you have satisfied the most important aspect of composition. I'm still learning.....

It's either batteries or a generator. If you use a generator one must make sure the voltage output is regulated. If not, the voltage variance could damage your equipment. You could consider a new Ford F150 that comes with a built in generator.

Better images are based on who is behind the lens, the glass, and the size of the sensor.
