Am I expecting too much out of my equipment . . . or is it me?

With Monopod, try shooting with Image Stabilizer off. If you can, try shooting with IS on than IS off (same subject). Compare results. Also, use that PRO person! They can help you evaluate!

Called FedEx

After 3 attempts, Fedex Express will call recipient and inform them that no more attempts will be made, and that they have xxx number of day to pickup package before it would be "returned to shipper."

I work at FEDEX Express, and yes the customer service in this case was "CRAP"
