I once dropped my camera on my tile floor. Cracked the case. Sent it to Nikon USA for repairs and received it back a couple of weeks later.
I have since bought a camera strap that goes over my head, rests on my left shoulder and the camera is near my right hip. The strap is adjustable and ready to shoot. It is also much harder for someone to steal it from you.
We did the reverse trip last October. The camera I used was a Nikon 810 and my lens of choice was the Nikkor 70-200 2.8. Shooting in raw you can easily enlarge any picture. We added on Prague before hand. Well worth it, a beautiful city.

Where does Bridge fit in here? Opening a photo in Camera Raw lets me do quite a bit of editing. Then I can move it to PS and ultimately print it.
I'm not that familiar with the Mac but you should be able to hook up another portable hard drive to your computer and just copy the pictures from your Passport to the other portable hard drive. Your pictures will then be backed up on your 2nd portable hard drive.
