"If they use your picture i would be proud of it not bent out shape,
be sides when you sell a picture do you claim it with the IRS of not don't complain."

Bad attitude. It's theft pure and simple.

It's called Arthritis.
I cannot hold a camera for more than a few minutes anymore. I have been in business for over 14 years, shooting for over 40.
I am keeping all of my cameras and flash units just because I still love shooting and there are still some shots I want regardless of the pain.

-Open your image in PS
-double click on the foreground color to open the color picker
-under the RGB settings in color picker make R read 127, G read 127,
B read127
-select brush
-under mode select Color Dodge
-under opacity select between 12and15%
Brush over the entire image or just the subject.
Do it in one entire brush (while holding down the left mouse button) because each time you left click to brush will add another 12-15% dodge.
Change the opacity if you want a little more without blowing it out.
See how it looks and go from there.

-----------------------------SOLD------------------------------------

I am closing up my in home studio and have these items for sale.

The Muslin backdrop hanger was purchased from Denny's mfg. It comes with a ceiling mounting system and has 4 straight sections totaling 24' and two 90 degree sections, and enough hangers for 5-6 backdrops.

The Rosco fog machine model 1000 Tallyn series, is a little older model but works great and has only been used a couple of times.

I am asking $175.00 each which will include shipping (unless you live outside the US)

Yes, I still have it. I have had several inquiries but no one wanted to pick it up.
I am just on the northern outskirts of Port Huron.

If you are using photoshop click on your foreground color and in the RGB settings make them all read 127.
Select the brush tool and change the mode to color burn and the opacity about 13%, just go over the area you want to darken with the brush, you can play with the opacity to find what works best for you. It also works to lighten up, just select color dodge. It will work in gray scale as well as color.

Set up the card in the light you want, unless your card has a "target" set for manual focus. Set your camera to white balance, with the card filling the entire frame snap a shot.
It will not take a photo, so you will not see anything on your LCD, it should just blink "good or No good".
If you move into a different light condition you need to reset the white balance.

If they are at a wedding they should have a reasonable assumption that they may be in a photograph and no release is required.

I would not give up a copyright. You may however provide them with a release for printing purposes. You should also state in the printing release that they are for their private use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes, that way other vendors and venues can come to you for permission to use any images and you can deal with them however you see fit.
