In your first post, you said you have Photoshop Elements 12. In 13 you can open JPEGs in Adobe Camera Raw (or" ACR") and get the same "sliders" used by donolea in Lightroom above. I think PSE 12 could do that too, but am not sure.

I cannot open JPEGs in ACR with PSE12, but I shoot in Raw, so that shouldn't be a problem. I need to figure out which sliders to use though.

Yes, I have tried that. Her skin look blotchy and uneven when I do that. I have tried to blur that area, and that didn't help. I worked on it for about 2 hours last night, and could not get it to look good.

I cannot figure out how to remove the red color cast on my granddaughter's skin, and it look natural. I use Photoshop Elements 12 and MacPhun Creative Kit. Any suggestions/recommendations are greatly appreciated.

Good pictures Birdwatcher, but hard to critique without getting closer to the pictures. You should have checked the
(store original) box so we could have a closer look.

Thank you! I think I fixed it.

I tried my hand at photographing engraved metals and had a great time with it (I almost exclusively do nature and landscape photography). I used a Canon 7D, 28 -135mm kit lens and a tripod. Besides increasing my DOF, what are some pointers/suggestions you could give a newby? CC appreciated.

I have been photographing wildlife and nature, with an emphasize on birds, for about 4 years. I have recently started trying my hand at landscape photography. I shoot with a Canon 7D, and my main lens is a 400mm f/5.6 L prime. I also have a Panasonic aluminum DMC-FZ200 that I use from time to time.
Looking forward to learning all I can.
