Dr. Bob, My sentiments exactly. Mike is a treasure that I think puts just about all of us to amateurs. I've be taking photos since about 1963, taken many classes, taken many trips where Mike has posted his amazing photography and put mine to shame.

I could never afford a Blad, I did have a Yashika (spelling?) Mat and loved it
My cameras are Konica T3, Canons..
both film & Digital my favs are A1, 80D.
Had a complete BW darkroom, too.
Your photos are ALL AMAZING, I need to get my knee and hip and back fixed,
Then I might be able to start shooting some reasonable picts. BUT NOTHING TO COMPARE TO YOURS!

Hi Mike, I wish you the best this holiday season, AND WELL BEYOND.
If only I could make that claim of no tickets. I once got stopped in Nevada doing, believe it or not, going 145mph in my 68 Dodge Charger. The officer couldn't believe it could go that fast and let me go, whew!
I'm 74 so you have a few years on me.

I've been actively taking photos since about 1962. To photo classes in high school. Been in the printing industry, since 1959, in jr. hi, sr.hi, and college.
My first camera was an Argus C3, first SLR-Konica T3 (still have it). Had Nikons, and now have several Canons, both film and Digital.

Hi Mike, Great shots of Monument Valley road. It brought back a memory of years ago when I was there, except I was speeding and got caught on radar by the local police. My buddy snapped a picture of me getting a ticket. If I can find the slide, I'll post it to you.

Hi Mike, I am so envious of your amazing photographic talents. It seems that no matter what the subject you excell in the results. I've been taking photos for over 50 years, taking classes starting in high school, until about 10 years or so, and had some pretty good results, BUT nothing like your posts. I'll see if I can convert some of my slides to digital and post them.

CHD, Great collection, only missing the "TRI 5's". I'm a few miles north of you, NW Corner of 405 & 10. I had a 57 & 63. Then switched to 68 Charger.
