I have the 17 -50 on a d7100 ,i use it for my main lens love it
you are missing the whole point , I'm not talking about warranty .
if something needs to be fixed then charge for the repair but to refuse to work on it is not right after all they are representing Nikon USA or other . By the way I {do not} have any Grey Market products
The US customs should tell Nikon has to repair all Nikons Grey Market or not or they will not be allowed to import them into this country, they all came from the same factory and Nikon was paid for every one no matter where they were shiped and people in this country who bought them still paid US dollars for them . It shouldn't make any difference what form of curentcy nikon was paid for the camera or where it came from
what you and Nikon are saying is they build inferior products for grey market other wise why would it make a difference where you bought the camera
The D7100 does not have VR built in camera
I think it's bull -s*************** that Nikon won't fix a grey market camera . did Nikon build that camera in the US , if not then who cares where the camera was purchased . Nikon made the same amount of money to where ever they sold the camera
