Cropped it and tried to lighten it just a bit.
Looks better reversed. Right?

I like all the bird shots, Gessman. My favorite is the eagle. Do you know what is hanging from the dead branch just in front of his talons? Great clarity in that shot.
Thanks for all the comments. I get lots of good info on here - now if I can retain it and use it I will be a better photographer.
And here is my take on the horse.
First picture --- Now is that what you call a double breasted robin???
I found this old barn and in the field by it were the remnants of halloween pumpkins shown in the second picture. The third picture is of a family of geese, I just threw it in cause they are cute.
Thanks for all the comments. That was one hot fire.
Eric, these shots are really good. The clarity is outstanding. Thank you for sharing. I can see I have a lot of work to do.
All of the pictures are good but I really like the third one.
Nice light on the subjects and good color on the surrounding area.
I really like the duck pictures. I guess I didn't notice the heads of the ducks being a little fuzzy - I was taken with the sharpness and detail of the wings. Good job.
Let's try to load them again.
I saw this beautiful aging statue covered with ivy and had to shoot it. What a story of life and love lost it must hold.
