Have you sold the 70-200 lens?
I'm no pro but, I like the second one if you could maybe blend it with the first. The sun reflection in the first one and crop could blend with second that has more contrast in the sky. I may crop even a little more. Never hurts to give it a try :)
Ok. I appreciate it. Will check out both.
My goals are not too lofty right now; I just love photography and there are so many wonderful things to do with it. 2 months ago I didn't even know what a moonlight strobe was but was very impressed. I was given a Canon 60D two years ago and had so much fun shooting family events. It wasn't long before the opportunities started coming and am always learning. I've shot 3 weddings as second shooter and 3 alone, children's events for friends/friends of friends and family portraits, and high school dance; now I'm schedule for a spring photo shoot for a preschool. If I had all the resources I would absolutely be working in the photography field full-time! Thanks for your advice. I would love, love, love the higher end cameras and a studio (mine is where ever the customer is). Baby steps :)
Thank you. I will certainly check it out!
I am interested in purchasing monolight strobe lighting for portraits and there are so many. I've been told to get White Lightening but my budget can't handle the expense even though I wish it could. What opinions do you all have about purchasing something like Flashpoint or one of the kits that are out there. Like everyone, I need to squeeze pennies but I want the best of the not-so-high-level gear.
Thanks for any opinions on the subject!
Thank you. I'm going to keep shooting. It's hard to know that my pictures are worth anything since everyone thinks I should do it free. I've only done this a couple of times and have zero self confidence. I'm going to work on that.
That's funny. I don't have many pictures of me. This was taken by a friend with her cell.
Thanks for the welcome. I am trying to find my way around the sight.
Thanks, I'm new to Uglyhedgehog
Black & White fun with Bicycle Kick
That's a good tip. Thanks!
I don't know how you did that but it worked!
Thanks for the encouragement. I love photographing people, especially brides. It's a lot of time and energy but so great when the picture captures what I see. Nothing like it.
Wow. That's very nice! What program did you do that in?
